Rock Healthcare in Bury is a GP Led Health Centre in the Moorgate Primary Care Centre on Derby Way that is designed to be there when you need us.

 

 

We are open 8am until 8pm, 7 days a week,

365 days a year.

This includes weekends and bank holidays

 

We offer a range of services designed to complement existing GP services in the town. By registering with Rock Healthcare, in most cases you would be able to book an appointment with a GP within 24hours. We are open at times that is more convenient to you.

You can register online or come in and ask at 1st floor reception for a registration pack.

Please note by completing the online pre-registration GMS1 form you will be contacted and asked to come in to sign it when convenient. By doing this you will be leaving your current GP to join Rock Healthcare.
